F220: The load potential energy exceeds the absorption capacity of the servo drive.
F228: Excessive deviation.
F237: The set position or speed value exceeds the maximum value allowed by the system (servo drive).
F434: Emergency stop. The emergency stop function of the servo drive is activated.
F822: The encoder signal of the servo motor is absent or too small.
F878: Speed loop error.
F2820 = F220: Braking resistor is overloaded.
